Cure & Seal 25 is a 25% solids solvent-based cure and seal for freshly placed concrete

Cure & Seal 25 is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer designed for curing, sealing, hardening, and dustproofing both freshly placed concrete and enhance the durability of existing concrete surfaces.

• Will not inhibit the adhesion of secondary toppings
• Actual VOC = 0 g/l, odorless
• Does not alter natural color of aggregate or concrete
• Economical and ready-to-use
• Helps seal concrete against acids, oils, greases, salts, and tire marks

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Maintains a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture when stored in original, tightly closed containers, free from contamination.

Coverage

Coverage rates vary depending on the application:

• Curing: 300-400 sq ft/gal
• Dustproofing and Sealing: 400-600 sq ft/gal
• Aged Concrete: 400-600 sq ft/gal
• For dustproofing and sealing, apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal, doubling the rate on broom or rough-finished surfaces.

Standards

• Complies with ASTM C1315 Class A and ASTM C309, Type 1, Classes A&B.
• Meets EPA limits for VOC emissions (< 700 g/L) and is USDA accepted.
