At Diamond Tool Store, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment and strive to ensure every professional is satisfied with their purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and send the package via a trackable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
