EpoGRANIT 2/1 RATIO REINFORCEMENT for Concrete - Mortar - Brick - Cement - Steel Surfaces
ELKAY epoGRANİT 2:1 RATIO EPOXY REPAIR, ANCHORING AND ASSEMBLY MORTAR is a two-component, epoxy-based, solvent-free, 2:1 mixed ratio structural adhesive. It has been specially developed for use in bonding, filling, reinforcement and metal anchoring processes that require high durability and bearing strength in construction areas.
Has two types with fast and long mixing life.
Easy to apply.
Has high tensile strength.
Not affected by humidity.
Can be used in planting iron ore, bonding natural stone, all kinds of composite stones and shiny surfaces, fixing balustrades and earthquake dampers in bridges and viaducts, repairing cracks, filling holes and gaps, mounting and fixing all kinds of metal and steel structural elements.
Grind the surface to be glued with hard grinding paper and remove any dust, moisture and oil from the surface. The surface to be treated must be clean and completely dry.
Take required amount of stone glue (A) and mix it with hardener paste (B) until a homogeneous shade of color is achieved with 2A:1B mixing ratio . Close the cap of unused part of the adhesive immediately.
In 45-55 minutes it will be set. Hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
